About Me
As a clinical mental health counselor (MHC-LP/NY STATE ONLY), certified life coach, reiki master, certified yoga instructor, and dedicated researcher, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals seeking personal growth and well-being. I am trained in many modalities, because I understand we are all unique individuals — so we should all receive comprehensive care that is well-rounded and full of options to suit any individuals needs.
As a queer, gay therapist, I am deeply committed to serving marginalized communities. Mr community work includes founding of Queer Trauma Support at the Brooklyn Community Pride Center (est 2021) and my work with small businesses to merge community building with mental wellness. My dedication extends to research, focusing on culturally competent care for the LGBTQIA+ community and exploring strategies to mitigate shame and guilt.
Through my wellness practice LE Coaching, LLC, I provided virtual relationship and stress coaching to over 100 clients, and as a wellness coordinator with DaddyTV, I offered emotionally proactive services to reality TV contestants. With a holistic approach and a heart for advocacy, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and empowerment.
